Press-locked steel grating also can be called pressure locked grating, pressed grating or pressure lock grating. It which is made of low carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. The press-locked grating is constructed with two close-tolerance slotted bars bonded together by tremendous hydraulic pressure. And this production can let press-locked grating be a permanent locking. With high strength and firm structure, it's widely used in industrial factories or parks, commercial buildings, municipal engineering as stair treads, platforms, walkways, security screens, tree covers, trench covers, drainage covers and so on. Serrated surface is also available for anti-slide effect.

    • Heavy duty steel grating is bit by bearing bar and cross bar in the 1200 tons of pressure under the molding. It is suitable for high load bearing occasions.
    • The standard height of bearing bar: 80 mm to 200 mm.
    • The standard thickness of bearing bar: 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm.
